It's a well-known fact, says a former pro-choice atheist who is now a pro-life Roman Catholic, that Planned Parenthood has been breaking the law for years.

Congressman Mike Pence (R- Indiana) is introducing Amendment 11 to the Continuing Resolution that funds the government temporarily until a budget agreement is reached. "The time to deny any and all funding to Planned Parenthood is now," Pence states on his website, referencing what he describes as "yet another scandal involving Planned Parenthood." "Every American should be shocked that an employee of the largest recipient of federal funds under Title X has been recorded aiding and abetting underage sex trafficking," adds the Indiana Republican. "Pro-life Americans and all Americans should not be forced to subsidize America's largest abortion provider or continue to provide federal taxpayer dollars to Title X clinics that engage in this abhorrent behavior."

Pro-lifers have known for years that Planned Parenthood is violating the law -- that's according to Steve Mosher, president of the Population Research Institute.

"In fact they consider themselves to be above the law," Mosher says. "They don't report sexual abuse of minors; they encourage women who don't really want abortions to get them because it provides cash income for the organization; [and] they're actually encouraging sex trafficking, according to the latest exposes from Live Action.

"Mosher's reference is to undercover videos done in New Jersey, Virginia, and New York City by that student-led pro-life group.

"How can this happen in the United States -- and how can it happen with our tax dollars?" he asks. "This should be offensive to every American, wherever you stand on the issue of life.

"Mosher converted to Catholicism -- and to being pro-life -- after witnessing forced abortions in China. He is encouraging voters to contact their House members asking them to approve Amendment 11 to CR1 and to defund Planned Parenthood.
